Return and Refund FAQ

1. General Information

Return policy

You can return the item(s) within 14 days after delivery and ask for a full refund. If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us to make a claim. After receiving your claim we will normally respond within 24 hours

Refund Policy

If you want to refund your order with reasonable reason and contact with us within 14 Days (After arrival), after auditing your order, we will refund according to your situation. The refund expected time is based on your payment method.

 

We suggest you check the clothes' size carefully before buying it in order to avoid extra payment for returns. You can also check the items' Measurements charts for each specific item on our product pages.

 

2. Return & Exchange

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

2.1 How can I return my item ?

Please include the following information in the return package:

  • 1. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
  • 2.Reasons for return.
  • 3. Please E-mail and show the item of the problem to us, for example show the photos of item(s) quality-related issue or wrong color to us by E-mail. 

For the returned item(s), we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it.

2.2 Return Announcement

  • ① Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on accessories, unless the items are visibly defective(except scarves, shoes, hats and bags).
  • ② Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund request will be accepted. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • ③ Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
  • ④ Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
  • ⑤ Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • ⑥ Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will send you an email once your return request has been successfully processed.
  • ⑦ Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • ⑧ We cannot refund original shipping fee.

Morimiss.com reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these return policies.

2.3 Return address

Please contact us before returning any item for a refund. We will not accept items sent back unless you have already arranged to return it to us. If we approved your refund request, please send the item back to:

Note:

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return;

Please offer us the tracking number so that we can check the logistics information and contact the customs for clearance in time. Otherwise, the package is possibly returned to the sender.

 

3. Refund

3.1 Refund Expected Time

Western Union Within 1-3 business day
Bank Transfer You need to provide a PayPal account if a refund will be issued. This payment method does not support refunding in cash.

3.2 Situations When We Refund

  • Product issues

    We are focusing on provide high-quality items for you. However , if you are not satisfied with the goods or the products have some quality issues. We will process a refund request within 3 business days.

  • Item out of stock

    If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.

  • PayPal Issues

    If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within THREE business days, we will automatically refund the order.

 

4. Shipping Fee

Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable.

Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
